What to do if something goes wrong
🛟 What to do if something breaks
- Check announcements and use
/estadoto see whether the server is closed, starting or under maintenance. - Read the full message and take a screenshot showing the error. Do not randomly delete mods, worlds or settings.
- Close Minecraft and the Launcher completely and try once more. On Java, run the official updater; on Bedrock, restart the game and check the IP and port.
- Confirm you are using the version, profile and IP shown by
/ip, and check your connection. If localhost works but nobody can connect from the internet, the owner should check router ports. - Ask with
/soporte pregunta:YOUR PROBLEM. If it continues, open/ticket problema:SUMMARY; the ticket is private.
Always include: Java or Bedrock, player name, approximate time, exact message, screenshot, what you were doing and the steps you have tried. On Java, attach latest.log if Staff asks.
Never post passwords, PINs, tokens, verification codes or personal data. Do not retry the connection endlessly: wait for a Staff reply.
